You will get a lot of HR features that will help your HR tasks, include absence management, day off, work permit, fee payment, contract making process, etc.

What applications are available and can help my tasks ?

HR core features include organization management, personal administration and time & attendance feature (include schedule management, paid time-off management, absence and overtime)

Can this application be adapted with my needs as a user ?

No. This application already did a survey based on basic needs and following government’s policy. But we are developing Payroll features that will be integrated with HR system. You can tell us about your needs and that will be used as part of our development.

Is it paid or free application ?

We provide free account for 1-10 users. If your company have more than 10 employees, you have to pay the payment based on package that you choose.

If this a paid application, is the price affordable ?

KaryaONE’s package price is affordable.

How’s the payment method ?

You can do it with bank transfer, giro or credit (visa/master card).

Is there tutorial about how to use the application ?

We provide you with video form tutorial and manual book.

What assistance I can get if there’s a problem while using this application ?

We support you at Monday-Friday (office hours), except for national holidays.

How long until we can get the support from you if there’s a problem ?

You can contact our customer support and receive the feedback (1×24 office hours maximum).

How long will you update the application’s version ?

Once every 6 (six) months.

Are there any languages beside English and Bahasa ?

For now we just use English and Bahasa.

How long you can tolerate if I forget to pay the bill ?

15 (fifteen days) before due date we will inform you about the billing. If you’re not pay that bill before 30 (thirty) days since the due date, your HRIS account will be non-activate.

If you’re not pay the bill before 90 (ninety) days since the due date, we will remove your HRIS account.

How many file’s capacity I can get at “Contact us” column ?

You can upload your file until 1MB (maximum)

How many access accounts I can get ?

There are two, which is admin and user.

Do I have to install the application on my computer ?

You don’t have to, because KaryaONE is a web base application.

How will you protect my data ?

KaryaONE application already use SLL and we make sure all of your data are secure and encrypted.

As an owner or HR manager, can I count as employee ?

You can, but it has to be count as 2 (two) accounts, one as admin (to manage common policy) and one as employee.

Why can’t I apply day off form for another staff ?

Day off’s form can only apply by staffs themselves. It’s access is manage by admin or other people who gets the permission. Day off regulations are manage in company policy which made by admin. Only admin can change the access.

Why do I have to verification my email ?

Email verification will be send to you when you register your company account into KaryaONE’s system. This verificate also be send to staffs who are registered by admin.

This verification is made to activate your account, therefore you can login to KaryaONE.
